Walmart coupon policy change:
walmart came out with an awesome new coupon policy...seems most cashiers and even store managers did not know about it , so be sure to print and take with you just in case. Basically is in our favor, saying overage WILL be given..either in change back, or applied to rest of your order. Also says they take competitor coupons, and catalinas as long as is specific(not OYNO cats) and is an item carried by them, and that they will NOT take printable coupons for FREE items. read it all here........
